Easy Vegan Shabaut Meals :)

Yom Khamishee & Yom Sheshee Mazone [5th & 6th (Before Sundown) Day Food Recipes]


No Reheat Necessary for Shabaut


Copycat Sam’s Club Mediterranean Kale Salad

Bowtie Pasta (Any type of pasta is fine)

2 Cups Kale (Chopped)

½ Cup Sundried Tomatoes

Vegan Feta Cheese

Vegan Parmesan Cheese

2-3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

Olive Oil

2 Cap’s Full of Lemon Juice

Salt/Pepper

Cooked Chickpeas (Optional for added protein)

Directions: Boil pasta until al dente [about 12 minutes], drain, rinse in cold water, set aside to cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped kale and all other ingredients. Massage kale thoroughly until tender, add in extra oil or seasonings as needed. Add in cooled pasta. Chill. Enjoy!
